1. Scope of This License
The fonts used in this project are available under an open-source license, making it free for any use.
This License Agreement governs the permitted use of all digital products and outputs produced by or purchased through BRANDBRIEF™, including:Brief Packs — curated collections of brand design briefs sold as digital downloadsBrief Generator Output — briefs generated via the BRANDBRIEF™ CMS-based brief generator tool
2. Brief Packs — License Terms
2.1 What You May Do
Upon purchase of a Brief Pack through an authorized Merchant of Record platform, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
– Use the briefs for personal design practice and skill-building
– Use the briefs in educational settings (e.g., university courses, workshops) with attribution to BRANDBRIEF™
– Include resulting design work in your professional portfolio
– Use the briefs as the basis for real client work or paid projects

2. Brief Packs — License Terms
2.2 What You May Not Do
You may not:
– Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Brief Pack files with others
– Upload or publish the Brief Pack content to any other platform, marketplace, or community
– Claim authorship or ownership of the brief copy, strategy, or structure
– Use the briefs to train AI models or compile derivative datasets without written permission

When sharing portfolio work publicly that was created in response to a BRANDBRIEF™ pack, we encourage (but do not require) credit: "Brief by BRANDBRIEF™ / brandbrief.io"
3. Brief Generator Output — License Terms
3.1 What You May Do
Briefs generated via the BRANDBRIEF™ brief generator are made available under a broad creative license. You may:
– Use generated brief output for personal, educational, or commercial design projects
– Include generated briefs in client presentations or pitch materials
– Build, publish, and monetize design work created in response to a generated brief
– Share generated briefs with collaborators or teams working on the same project

4. No Warranty on Brief Content
All briefs — whether from packs or generated — are provided for creative inspiration and educational purposes. BRANDBRIEF™ makes no guarantee that any brief is legally or commercially suitable for a specific market, territory, or application. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence for commercial use.
5. Termination
This license is effective from the date of access or purchase and remains in force unless terminated. BRANDBRIEF™ may terminate this license if you breach any of the above terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the licensed content.
